Hotel Policies

CHECK-IN: On the day of arrival, your room will be available from 14:23 PM. If your arrival is delayed beyond XNUMX:XNUMX PM, please let us know.

CHECK-OUT: On the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10 am. For LATE CHECKOUT, subject to availability and approval by management, a surcharge applies.

BOOKING CHANGES: It is possible to modify or cancel your reservation within the established deadlines; In the 3 or 7 days before the arrival date (indicated in your quote) and during the stay it is not possible reduce/modify The quote. In the event of early departure, we reserve the right to charge the amount of the booked rooms up to the scheduled departure date.

CHANGE OF LINEN: Our policy is to replace towels after a guest's three-day stay, regardless of the condition of the linens; unless you specifically request otherwise.

For more frequent changes specifically requested by the customer or based on their specific behavior (towels thrown on the floor), a minimum fee of €2,00 per item changed will be charged.

SPAIf you must cancel an appointment, please NOTIFY US at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we will be forced to charge 100% of the treatment fee.

ANCILLARY SERVICES: All pre-booked amenities (strollers, backpacks, vouchers, etc.) can be cancelled within the same terms as the room, otherwise they will be charged.

ACCESSIBLE ROOMS: Don't forget to indicate if you need rooms accessible, we have 4 accessible rooms

NON-SMOKING ROOMS: All rooms are non-smoking

WARRANTY POLICIESFor reservations made independently from the site, a credit card is required as a guarantee, a few days before arrival a PRE-AUTHORIZATION of the total amount of the room, then payment will be made on site.

For reservations made by email, telephone, or quotes, a deposit equal to 30% of the total room price will be required. In the event of cancellation within the permitted timeframe, the deposit paid can be recovered with another stay, rebooking and staying within 365 days.

ANIMALS: Small/medium-sized pets are welcome, subject to prior notification at the time of booking, for a supplement of €5,00 per pet per day. However, pets are not permitted in the restaurant, pool, wellness center, or children's area.
