MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAILS

The entire 100 km of the forts route has been divided into three circular circuits, which are also offered by the APT (by the way, in the information centers you can find very well-made maps of the area, with various routes marked, for a €2 printing fee) and can be done independently of each other or in a single solution:
52,5 km on the Folgaria plateau (access point to the Sommo Pass)
The first route is definitely suitable for trained bikers; it takes 4-5 hours to complete and has a significant elevation gain.

23,95 km on the Lavarone plateau (access point from Palù Park)
The second route is very easy, with only 360 meters of elevation gain and taking 2-3 hours depending on your fitness level.

26,48 km on the Luserna plateau (access point from Piazza Marconi)
The third route, mapped by Giscover, in its "long" version, is about 40 km long and features 1300 meters of elevation gain. It's also suitable for moderate-to-high training. Cycling isn't something you can improvise; 1300 meters of elevation gain is no easy feat.

We also offer you a path of trekking (walking) simple, but very beautiful both in summer and winter: the Stella refuge and Forte Sommo, which starts from the Sommo pass (1343 m) and reaches the Sommo fort at 1613 m.
