For us, the kitchen and restaurant are spaces where our guests can not only taste what the Chefs have prepared for them, but are places where they can enjoy experiences that will make their stay at Villaggio Nevada unique.
We offer traditional Trentino and Italian dishes, with special attention to children's diets and allergies.
We have been members of the Italian Celiac Association since 2008.

2 sandwiches, 1 dessert, 1 fruit, 1 fruit juice for the price of €5,00 per packed lunch.

For years, the Hotel Villaggio Nevada in Folgaria has been a member of the Association's recommendations . Every meal served at the table always states whether it's gluten-free or gluten-free.
